From 1994 to 1997

Mario D' Avino's passion for theatre has been alive since he was child, but it is in the autumn of 1994 that, thanks to the encounter with Gianni Bissaca , he can deepen his formation. In 1995 he is part of the cast of Sofocle's "Antigone" , directed by Gianni Bissaca, with the role of Polinice. In 1996 plays Pulcinella in "Pinocchio", with the direction of Gianni Bissaca. In 1997 it is the time of  "Siddartha" by Hermann Hesse, always with the direction of Gianni Bissaca , and this time he gets the lead role as Siddartha.

From 1997 to 1999

In 1997 is called for a role in "The Crucible" by Arthur Miller, directed by Michael Kennedy and becomes part of the "Washburn" company in Minneapolis (Minnesota - USA). In 1998 with the same company he works on "Under Milk Wood" by Dylan Thomas.

In 1998 it finishes the studies at "WHS Drama School" and attends Michael Kennedy's course on directing in Minneapolis.

In 1999 he acts in the "Barber of Seville".

From 1999 to 2002

In 1999 accepts a directing job in the "SMS Aldo Moro" of Cernusco S/N, where he writes and directs "I've been waiting for 4000 years". The year after he is offered to continue the project. In 2001 he works on the adaptation of "Noa Noa" by Paul Gauguin, with which they also participate in the "Kids' National Theatre Festival" in Marano sul Panaro (MO), and the year after they take it to the stage of the Theatre "Litta" of Milan. In 2002 he works on "Ifigenia", whose screenplay is draft from various classic texts, but completely rewritten.

From 2002 to 2005

In 2002 he is called from the "SMS Giovanni Falcone" in Cassina de' Pecchi for the Theatre Laboratory. Here with its class, he works on "The Paradise of the Ogres" of Daniel Pennac. And in 2005 he writes the adaptation of "Seven Days" from a story of Laura Facchi, with which they also participate to the XVIII Festival "One Stage for the Boys" in Vimercate (ME).
